If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to provide you with help and assistance. Should this situation happen, we will tell you.

We are aware that due to the nature of the service that we provide, those between the ages of 14 and 18 may use our services.
Behavioural Analytics
Hotjar
We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimise this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

Smartlook
We use Smartlook, an analytics platform, which enables us to improve the user experience on our site. Smartlook, based in the Czech Republic, is compliant to GDPR.
All data is completely anonymised. We use Smartlook to track how the mouse was moved, where it was clicked and how far it was scrolled, plus the screen size and type of device and browser, as well as location and language. Personal data is automatically hidden and not tracked by any means.

Where you have provided your explicit consent to us. For example, you may have provided your consent to us contacting you for marketing purposes by e-mail, fax, phone or mail, according to your preferences. We also rely on consent when you link your Uniex account to your Social Network Account. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by contacting our Data Privacy Manager or clicking “unsubscribe” on any marketing emailsor texts that you may receive from us.
Less commonly, we may process this type of information where it is needed in relation to legal claims or where it is needed to protect your interests (or someone else's interests) and you are not capable of giving your consent, or where you have already made the information public.
